Before you write

How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Where do you ship?

We ship from Canada to the countries listed in our shipping policy, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and much of Europe. Rates and delivery options are shown at checkout.

Can I return my order?

To request a return, email atlasextensions@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, in their original packaging. Custom or special-order items can't be returned. See our refund policy for full details.
